Long a political activist in progressive and Democratic Party circles, Jon Flack is the former Forsyth County Democratic Chair, former member of the State Committee of the Democratic Party of Georgia, and an unsuccessful candidate for the Forsyth County Commission in 2008.
Jon Flack was also the founder of the progressive group weblog Tondee’s Tavern. Tondee’s Tavern, part of the 50 State Blog Network and granted by BlogPac, was recognized by the Washington Post’s “The Fix” blog as one of the best state political blogs in 2008.
